For one of our new clients, we are looking for an RTR and Management Reporting Accountant to join their global finance team. This role combines solid Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting responsibilities with management reporting, P&L analysis, and cost insights, offering strong exposure to both operational accounting and value-added financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

RTR Accounting & Close Activities

  • Perform full-scope RTR accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes in close cooperation with local and group finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.

Management Reporting & Financial Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain monthly management reports for key cost and revenue areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, Events, and Overheads.
  • Analyze P&L performance, cost trends, and variances versus budget and forecast.
  • Provide insights on cost drivers and financial performance to support business decision-making.
  • Track, monitor, and control capital expenditures and exceptional costs.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualification is considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 yearс of experience in RTR accounting, finance, or controlling, with exposure to management reporting and cost analysis.
  • Very good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is an advantage).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
