PV Site Manager

For one of our trusted clients - a leading Bulgarian company in the Renewables sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site progress and ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage and coordinate the on-site team, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Plan and organize effective work schedules and resource allocation.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Provide technical and engineering input throughout all project phases.
• Review and prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
• Oversee project costs, deadlines, and compliance with H&S requirements.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Construction or Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy or construction projects;
• Solid knowledge of PV technology and key commercial aspects of PV projects is considered an advantage;
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and verbal);
• Experience in working with people and allocating daily tasks according to the need on the construction site
• Ability to read technical and constructive plans
• Valid Driving License (Category B).
• Willingness to travel and work abroad.
