Global Payroll Analyst

Role Overview: For one of our trusted international clients, we are looking for an experienced and analytical Global Payroll Analyst to support multi country payroll operations within a vendor managed payroll model. Key Responsibilities: • Preparing, extracting and validating payroll input data for multiple countries (4 countries, incl. Bulgaria) • Reviewing, controlling and challenging payroll calculations prepared by external payroll vendors • Performing payroll reconciliations, variance analysis and post payroll checks • Ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation, with ownership of Bulgarian payroll oversight • Acting as a key operational contact for payroll vendors, HR and Finance teams • Handling payroll related employee queries in a timely and professional manner • Supporting audit ready payroll documentation and internal controls Requirements: • Proven experience in multi country payroll operations, preferably within a vendor managed payroll model • Strong hands on experience with payroll data validation, controls and reconciliations • Solid knowledge of Bulgarian payroll legislation, tax and social security regulations • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines • Business level proficiency in English Please submit your CV in English.
