Team Manager - Real Estates and Investment

On behalf of one of our clients – a well-established and fast-growing real estate company specializing in new residential developments and exclusive investment projects – we are currently looking for a Team Manager with a strong focus on Investor Relations and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing real estate sales team;
• Plan, organize, and manage team activities in line with strategic and commercial objectives;
• Monitor performance and ensure consistently high service quality;
• Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, and key partners;
• Actively attract and manage investor clients and buyers;
• Lead negotiations with investors and corporate clients;
• Provide regular feedback and propose initiatives to improve sales results and investor satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Real Estate, Facility Managament, Business Real Estate, experience in the Real Estate investment will be a strong advantage
