Are you a dynamic and experienced leader ready to make an impact at car and motorcycle racing? 

As head of venue operations the position overseas the management of the venue’s departments. They will be responsible for setting the venues medium and long-term business strategy, financial planning and implementing company policies along with goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining operational standards, handling logistics, and ensuring all venue activities run smoothly.

Qualifications

•              Proven experience in Operations Management and strong Analytical Skills

•              Effective Team Management skills

•              Experience in Budgeting and financial planning

•              Excellent Customer Service skills

•              Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

•              Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•              Experience in the car and motorcycle racing or venue management industry is a plus
