Technical Support and Claims Engineer

Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Technical Support and Claims Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains effective communication with suppliers on issues related to complaints and warranty cases;
• Organizes and monitors the process of replacing defective equipment;
• Prepares and sends warranty claims to equipment suppliers;
• Coordinates equipment replacement activities with emergency teams at the sites;
• Analyzes recurring defects and proposes preventive measures;
• Creates issue tickets and forwards them to the relevant engineering teams;
• Ensures that cases are handled within the agreed deadlines;
• Communicates technical solutions and information clearly to customers.

Requirements:

• Higher education - Electrical Engineering;
• Experience in the power industry - considered an advantage;
• English language - written and spoken;
• Computer skills - MS Office, Internet.
