KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBITLITIES

After a short induction we expect you to:
 

• take part in development of trading strategies;
• trade on physical and derivatives markets;
• daily trade and optimize of open positions;
• take part in cross-border trading activities;
• monitor and analyze cross-border power flows in the region and RES market developments;
• monitor overall market developments in the region ( regulations, generation capacities, cross-border flows);
• maintain relationship with existing and new trading partners, brokers, power exchanges;
• take part in sales activities towards biggest end consumers in Bulgaria;
• take part in business development activities;
• use ETRM system for all relevant activities;
• strictly follow risk management policy and compliance policy of the group.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business or related;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
• 3-5 years relevant trading experience;
• Experience with Python or VBA or other programming language will be considered an advantage;
• Any energy exchange trading license will be considered an advantage.
• Interested in working with people as well as with numbers;
• Adaptable to dynamic environment and constantly changing situations;
• A team player;
• Strong drive to learn and develop;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Welcoming challenging tasks and excited about finding best solutions in various business cases;
• Positive and cheerful personality.
