Sales Manager – Ocean & Air Freight

Driven by the continuous expansion of our business now we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to work for one of the largest and fastest growing transport and freight forwarding companies in South-Eastern Europe, technological leader in the Industry. In this position you will be able to implement your ideas, knowledge and sales experience  in our Ocean & Air department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and motivate commercial team to achieve specific business and performance targets
  • Provide inspirational leadership by monitoring individual performance, coaching and supporting the current team and new members
  • Participate in the recruitment process and organize the effective induction of new employees
  • Develop effective business strategies to drive sales growth and meet the department’s objectives
  • Interpret market trends, adapt and take advantage to industry changes
  • Generate new prospect leads and new accounts via different channels
  • Maximize all revenue opportunities from existing customers by proactively pursuing undeveloped areas
  • Analyses sales activities and results

Изисквания за длъжността

Requirements:

  • Excellent managerial and motivational skills, with successful track in managing and developing sales teams;
  • Strong experience and knowledge in the field of Ocean & Air Freight
  • Ability to adapt well to and get energized by change;
  • Effective interpersonal, persuasive and conversational skills
  • Ability to successfully communicate proposals to potential partners.
  • Strong numerical & analytical skill and attention to details

 

Educational background:

  • University degree in Management/Economy/Marketing or equivalent.

 

Language & IT:

  • Mandatory: Fluent in Bulgarian and English
  • Good skills in MS Office tools
