Your profile:
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business, Psychology, or related;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment; additional experience in employer branding, training, talent development, or organizational development is a plus;
- Proven ability to understand and respond to internal stakeholders needs;
- Skills in evaluating candidates' profiles including values, competencies, and growth potential;
- Presentation and group facilitation skills;
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written;
- Proficient in MS Office products (esp. Excel and PowerPoint); experience with ATS is a plus;
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, adept in managing expectations, attention to detail;
- Driving license, active driver.
