RESPONSIBILITIES

The position holder will have the responsibility of the local Kalofer factory Quality Engineer. The position holder needs to ensure that our products and services are following our quality requirements and also needs to ensure that our operations, from raw / purchased material to finished products, meet applicable quality standards throughout our processes and all the way up to the customer.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK

∙ Operational support of our Factory operation including

∙ Support to assessment and integration of customers’ requirements

∙ Customers complain handling.

∙ Suppliers complain handling.

∙ Support to Manufacturing

∙ Management specific customer’s requirement for Private Labels (PPAP, Customer database ...)

∙ Field returns handling, as:

∙ Support to return handling analysis.

∙ Support to correct feed-back and corrective actions.

∙ Supplier qualification and follow-up

∙ Ensure Quality Management System is followed.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

∙ Bachelor or Master's degree in mechanics or engineering (or equivalent);

∙ Experience with quality management and product compliance

∙ Auditing experience will be beneficial.

∙ Fluent in English and Bulgarian verbal and written.

∙ Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence different people and cultures.

∙ Demonstrated ability in assuming a leadership role.

∙ A strong desire to promote and influence change in the organization.

∙ Availability to travel for short period of time.
