Logistics Specialist

Expanding our team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist. 
 
Responsibilities: 

• Continuously improve processes within the international supply chain to ensure timely and accurate material deliveries.
• Oversee the delivery of materials, raw materials, and equipment, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support effective supply chain communication and collaboration.
• Monitor driver workloads and resolve issues to ensure efficient loading and unloading activities.
• Plan and optimize transport routes for cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Coordinate daily supply activities and manage transport requests with suppliers.
• Optimize transport costs through route planning and efficient request management.
• Maintain transport logs and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with quality standards and meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present activity reports, tracking key performance metrics to improve supply chain processes. 

Requirements: 

• Higher education in the field of Economics / Logistics / Construction or previous professional experience;
• Professional experience with maritime logistics, and other types of international transport;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience with SAP will be considered a strong advantage.
