Junior SCADA Engineer

Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a Junior SCADA Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Support the O&M SCADA engineering team in reviewing client requirements;
• Assist in organizing technical documentation and extracting relevant data from vendor materials;
• Help with basic setup and configuration of communication hardware;
• Participate in internal training related to solar park systems and SCADA standards;
• Assist in preparing and updating documentation when system changes occur;
• Support communication with vendors and internal teams regarding SCADA components and specifications.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Telecommunications, Networking, Automation or a related technical degree (can be ongoing or recently completed);
• Interest in SCADA systems and industrial automation; basic understanding of communication protocols and hardware interfaces (ex. Modbus TCP, M-Bus, Ethernet, RS485, RS232);
• Previous experience is an advantage;
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Good level of English for reading technical materials and communicating with vendors;
• Strong motivation to learn, grow, and develop professionally in a technical environment.
