•    Conditions: 8-hour working day, Permanent labour contract, office based;
•    Qualification: University degree/ certification in IT, Fluency in Bulgarian and English languages.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF IT SPECIALIST YOU WILL…

• Provide support for all onsite IT infrastructure ( servers, networking devices and printers ) and end-user appliances in regards to software or hardware issues;
• Deploy hardware and provides installation & maintenance of the operating systems on corporate devices and ensures optimal performance in line with company security policies;
• Collaborates with external teams to solve computer system issues raised by internal stakeholders’ problems and provides information regarding in progress activities in a timely manner received from end users or external teams in the ticketing/web forms system used;
• Ensure continuous operation and availability of IT systems in its area of responsibility and data back-up, as well works with external teams to carry out diagnosis and solve or escalate problems;
• Provide end-user training related to IT systems as well as training materials (presentations or QRCs);

• Support procurement process and carries out operations related to the procurement and reception process for IT equipment, software and services (eg. asset custodian activities) and ensures that corporate IT standards are followed.

• You have an education in the field of information technology or IT certificates in the relevant discipline and / or 2+ years of work experience in the IT field;
• You have good communication and analytical skills;
• You know how to work in a team;
• You like working in a dynamic environment;
• You speak and write in English and Bulgarian language.
