Insurance Products Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assesses insurance needs and risks for construction projects, ensuring appropriate policy selection;
• Revises clauses in construction contracts concerning company insurance;
• Conducts audits of insurance policies and claims for adequacy and cost-effectiveness;
• Communicates with contractors, project managers, and insurance carriers to resolves insurance-related issues;
• Prepares and presents reports on insurance coverage, claims, and costs;
• Negotiates and acquires insurance policies for construction-specific risks, including liability and property damage;
• Leads negotiations with banks and financial institutions for credit lines, loans, bank guarantees and insurance bonds;
• Manages credit lines, monitors terms, and ensures compliance with financial agreements;
• Prepares financial analyses and optimizes financing strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field, or equivalent experience;
• Strong understanding of insurance products, risk assessment, and financial instruments;
• Proven experience in corporate finance, insurance, and banking negotiations;
• Ability to manage financial risks and analyze financial indicators;
• Fluency in English (German will be considered a strong advantage).
