Our team continues to grow in all aspects, and we are now looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover for a minimum of one year. This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and gain experience in a dynamic, international environment. In this role, you will help shape and optimize our rewards programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with our business goals across multiple markets. You’ll be involved in both operational and strategic aspects of total rewards, supporting continuous improvement and global collaboration.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
- Coordinate annual data submissions to external benchmark providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze global compensation data and provide recommendations for salary structures.
- Support the development and administration of compensation and incentive programs.
- Manage the end-to-end process of salary changes, from planning to implementation.
- Conduct and analyze market surveys to assess competitiveness across regions.
- Evaluate job descriptions and ensure consistency in job grading and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the global Total Rewards team to recommend salary ranges and structures.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in compensation, HR operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.
- =Solid understanding of labor laws and compensation regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
