Team Lead - Retail Banking - The Mall

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Team Lead for our Retail Banking team in The Mall, Sofia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve business targets and ensure excellent customer service.
• Promote and sell consumer loans, attract new clients, and the full range of the bank’s active products.
• Organize and manage daily branch operations, allocate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular team meetings, monitor performance, and carry out performance evaluations.

Main requirements:

• University degree
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Goal-oriented individual with passion for putting clients first
• Excellent communication, problem solving and emotional intelligence skills
• Ability to organize work effectively, prioritize tasks, and work in a dynamic environment
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a similar role; leadership experience is an advantage.
