Описание

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business clients in the sports betting industry over chat and email
  • Respond to queries related to sports betting markets, odds, bet outcomes, and event coverage
  • Troubleshoot and report technical issues related to our platform, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues affecting clients, offering suitable recommendations to improve their experience
  • Document interactions to ensure effective tracking and reporting
  • Provide feedback or give recommendations that would optimize internal processes

Изисквания

  • Fluent in English - both written and spoken
  • Еxcellent computer skills
  • Еnthusiastic about new technologies
  • Experience in a B2C or B2B support role is an advantage
  • Some knowledge of sports, betting markets, bet settlements, and industry-specific terminology is an advantage
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work both standard and non-standard hours (mornings, evenings, nights), including weekends and holidays
