• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma and with experience creating design systems
• Solid understanding of information architecture, user flows, design systems, and user-centered design principles
• Proven experience with B2C products
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles
• Excellent visual design skills
• Excellent knowledge of mobile & responsive web design
• Strong presentation skills, ability to guide teams, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
• A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
• Passion for clear design, knowledge of typography, and color theory
• Up to date with the latest design, UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in user-centered design methodologies

• Define and execute long-term design strategy, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive design thinking methodology across the company

• Establish and evolve design standards, create design systems, document processes, and conduct design reviews
