WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead the strategic development of the company’s IT services, digital solutions, and BSS transformation initiatives, ensuring strong technological support for business objectives and sustainable IT ecosystem growth
• Manage the full portfolio of IT products, programs, and projects — from planning and prioritization to implementation, support, and optimization — while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets
• Organize, coordinate, and further develop the activities of the IT Product Development division, including resource management, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Advise senior management on matters related to digital transformation, technology strategy, change management, and business process optimization
• Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for the evolution of IT products and services by monitoring technology trends and implementing best practices and innovative solutions
• Ensure effective vendor and partner management, including KPI and SLA governance, with a strong focus on service quality, operational efficiency, and business satisfaction

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or another relevant technical field
• Proven hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) in a large, complex enterprise environment, working across multiple teams and value streams
• Experience leading teams and initiatives within a SAFe setup, including participation in PI Planning and coordination with key roles such as Product Management and Release Train Engineers
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software solution development, management, and implementation, as well as at least 2 years of experience managing teams, projects, and/or technology programs
• Experience in the telecommunications sector or another complex technology environment, including participation in large-scale digital transformation projects, implementation of IT platforms, and management of project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies, roadmap management, stakeholder management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams and external partners
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions, manage priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset, strong change management capabilities, and the ability to build effective professional relationships
