• Analyzing the needs and requirements of the organization regarding the network infrastructure, with focus on performance, scalability, resiliency and low latency
• Plan, design, implement, manage and monitor computer networks, including Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and data center environments, according to the requirements and budget of the organization
• Design and support network solutions suitable for real-time and latency-sensitive traffic, including video streaming and interactive services
• Use network management, monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting tools to ensure optimal network performance and availability
• Cooperate with IT/DevOps/SRE/Security teams to plan, design and implement network and security policies according to the requirements of the organization
• Provide operational support to update network configurations or resolve network issues in a timely manner that meet company objectives and service level expectations
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network topology, processes and service records
• Participate in the development and documentation of internal procedures related to the supported environment and systems
• Cooperation with suppliers, service providers and manufacturers in the selection, evaluation and implementation of equipment and software
• Take on call schedules

Изисквания

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar, or equivalent practical experience
• In-depth knowledge of network technologies and architectures
• Strong experience with vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Dell, Fortinet, Mikrotik
• In-depth knowledge and experience of networking technologies like BGP, OSPF, Static routing, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs, dot1X, Spanning-tree and others
• Understanding and practical experience with multicast technologies (IGMP, PIM) is considered a strong advantage
• Knowledge of content delivery concepts and CDN architectures is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services like AWS, Cloudflare
• Experience with tools like Jenkins/Terraform/Ansible and scripting languages are an advantage
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Certifications from established networking organizations are an advantage
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
