• Motion Concept & Storyboarding: Develop creative concepts, moodboards, and animatics from initial briefs, utilizing AI-assisted generation tools for rapid visual exploration
• 2D & 3D Animation: Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, kinetic typography, UI/UX product demos, and brand assets using industry-standard tools
• AI & Workflow Automation: Integrate generative AI tools and automation scripts (e.g., MGRTs, templates, procedural generation) into your pipeline to streamline repetitive tasks and scale content production
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with copywriters, brand designers, video editors, and product managers to translate complex or abstract ideas into engaging visual narratives
• Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Ensure all animated outputs strictly align with company design systems, accessibility standards, and motion guidelines

Изисквания

• Core Animation Craft: Proven experience in 2D/3D motion design, pacing, graph editor curves, typography in motion, and composition fundamentals
• Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• AI & Generative Tools Experience: Demonstrated track record or curiosity in leveraging AI tools for asset generation, styleframes, upscaling, or sound/music integration
• Portfolio: A strong showreel and portfolio demonstrating both traditional motion design skills and innovative uses of modern production tech
