We are currently seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our General Risk department as a Loan Portfolio Analysis Expert. The role focuses on credit risk management at portfolio level, including portfolio quality analysis, risk monitoring, and the preparation of reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in the implementation of risk policies and procedures related to loan portfolio management.
- Assist in identifying the bank's credit risk exposure on loan portfolio level.
- Evaluate credit risk on portfolio level through regular reports and ad hoc analyses for the Management Board, to ProCredit Holding or to the Credit Risk Assessment Committee.
- Prepare and moderate the Credit Risk Assessment Committee.
- Monitor key credit risk indicators at portfolio level.
- Confirm report and model input parameters through data quality checks.
- Perform credit risk quantification, including reporting and data quality activities.
- Conduct loan portfolio stress testing and forecasting.
Conduct sector, country, peer, and concentration risk analyses across the loan portfolio.
Main requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Credit Risk or lending.
- Excellent level of English language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing analyses, reports, and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of credit risk principles.
- High self-motivation and willingness to learn.
