Legal Advisor with Italian

DallBogg Life & Health operates across the EU, in 6 European Markets. We are looking for a smart, driven lawyer to own regulatory, compliance, and case work in a fast, international setting.

Your impact:

• Advise on Bulgarian regulatory and administrative matters for insurance operations.
• Handle cross-border litigations: filings preparation, evidence coordination, case tracking.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate and instruct external law firms in Bulgaria and the EU.
• Prepare and review contracts, internal policies, and board materials.
• Support interactions with regulators and industry bodies.

What you bring:
 

• Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Law, with excellent academic results.
• 1+ years of post-graduate legal experience in regulatory, administrative law or litigation.
• Experience in insurance law is a plus; bar registration is preferred.
• Previous exposure to compliance work and litigation proceedings.
• Fluent Bulgarian and fluent to advanced Italian.
• Very good command of English.
• Structured thinking, crisp drafting, ownership mindset, and strong case management.
• Strong Plus: LL.M. or work abroad, experience in top international law firms.
