Junior Risk & Compliance Specialist

For one of our new clients – Saudi Arabia based ICT infrastructure provider, we are searching for Junior Risk & Compliance Specialist.
 

Main Responsibilities:

• Own and oversee governance, risk, compliance, and quality frameworks across Europe.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain Europe-wide risk registers and oversee risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate compliance reviews, investigations, and remediation actions.
• Oversee quality management frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate data protection and cybersecurity governance in collaboration with HQ and external providers.
• Prepare consolidated QGRC reports and provide updates to senior leadership and HQ.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, internal audit or a related function;
• Strong track record of conducting investigations, policy, process assessments, or risk reviews.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 22301 or other relevant
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and interacting with senior leadership.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
