Отговорности

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Casino and Sportsbook integrations;
• Coordinate integrations with casino game providers, game aggregators, sportsbook platforms and sports feed providers;
• Responsible for the delivery of new products for the clients;
• Provide daily support and troubleshooting of technical issues which occur during the scope of integration or other client-related projects;
• Plan and provide quality assurance for project deliverables;
• Communicate closely with all parties on a daily on both coordination and technical level;
• Be familiar with all the current regulations of the company, which are related to the daily obligations of the technical account manager;
• Perform high-risk management to minimize the risks during the project delivery;
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the projects to all stakeholders;
• Making proposals for improving products, programs and work processes and take part in bringing those improvements to production;
• Cultivate and maintain a deep specialized knowledge in dedicated fields;
• Documentation of internal procedures, technical specifications, product functionalities and partner integrations;

Изисквания

• Experience in managing customer relationships and software release
• Basic Understanding of REST APIs and Communication Protocols
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle
• Experience in Project/Account management
• Fluent in English and strong interpersonal skills

Nice To have

• Experience in Gambling industry
• Experience with Casino and Sportsbook Integrations
• Previous experience with Log Analysis (e.g Elastic, Grafana or similar)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
