Field Sales Representative / Sales Expert

For one of our clients – a global leader in the packaging industry, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join their growing team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer portfolio
• Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms, and conclude agreements
• Manage sales projects from initial contact through to successful delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role
• Previous experience selling packaging products, packaging solutions, or other industrial B2B products would be considered an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to build long-term business relationships
• Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
• Good command of English
• Valid driver's license
