Your role will be:
- Create and configure online banking user profiles for business clients.
- Set up, distribute and manage access credentials and authentication tools for digital banking channels.
- Support branches with queries and issues related to online banking.
- Monitor alerts generated by the digital banking fraud prevention system and, where necessary, contact clients to carry out additional checks and confirm payments.
- Assist with complaints and requests received through the Contact Centre and branch network, as needed.
- Support payroll file uploads and processing, and liaise with clients on queries arising during the processing of foreign currency transfers initiated through online banking.

You are the right candidate if:
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or economics. Students working towards a degree are also welcome to apply.
- Experience in a financial institution—an advantage.
- Good computer literacy and digital skills.
- The ability to solve a variety of problems, work collaboratively and perform under pressure.
- Customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- English language skills—an advantage.
