Clinical Implementation Manager – BioFire & SpotFire

We are currently looking for a Clinical Implementation Manager – BioFire & SpotFire on behalf of an international company operating in the field of advanced medical diagnostics and representing leading global manufacturers.

This role combines clinical expertise, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, and active contribution to business development. 🚀 It is ideal for professionals with experience in molecular diagnostics, microbiology, or infectious diseases who want to make a real impact on modern healthcare.

 
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

💼 Commercial & Account Support
Support sales strategy and achievement of revenue targets for BioFire & SpotFire;
Deliver strong clinical and health-economic value propositions during the sales process;
Identify and develop strategic accounts and complex projects;
Support tenders and high-level customer engagements as a clinical expert.
 
🏥 Clinical Implementation Management
Lead end-to-end clinical implementation of BioFire & SpotFire solutions;
Ensure integration into laboratory workflows and clinical decision-making;
Align implementation with clinical guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements;
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure LIS/HIS connectivity and data integration;
Monitor post-implementation performance and drive clinical adoption.
 
⚙️ Application Specialist & Clinical Expert
Complete official bioMérieux training and maintain certifications;
Deliver user training for laboratory staff and clinicians;
Provide advanced application support (installation, validation, optimization);
Support result interpretation and appropriate clinical use.
 
📚 Scientific & Medical Promotion
Conduct scientific promotion in laboratories;
Engage with clinicians (Infectious Diseases, ICU, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, etc.);
Organize and deliver workshops, scientific meetings, and educational events;
Participate in congresses and medical education initiatives.
 
✅ Requirements:

University degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, or Biomedical field;
Experience in molecular diagnostics, microbiology, or infectious diseases;
Experience in clinical implementation, application support, or medical promotion;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Fluent English;
Willingness to travel.
