What you will do

• Work with delivery teams to define and agree project scope and objectives
• Guide the team and Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement and other team ceremonies
• Take part in PI Planning and help align team commitments with the Agile Release Train
• Prepare, agree and maintain an up-to-date project plan and ensure the right IT resources are allocated
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies early, and report status regularly
• Create and maintain project documentation: project charters, plans, status reports and presentations
• Ensure smooth and stable delivery of solutions into production

What we are looking for

• University degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business or a related field
• At least 4 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year managing IT projects
• Good understanding of software development and delivery processes in an Agile environment
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• SAFe certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
• Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM)
• Other Agile or Lean certifications
• Experience in the telecommunications industry
