SECTION I
OFFICIAL RULES

1. Organizer
1.1. "Do you want a video CV" campaign, hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign", is organized and implemented by DNA Media AD (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). The organizer is also the controller of the personal data provided by the participants in the course of the Campaign.
1.2. The official rules (the "Rules") are published on the following website: www.bulgariawantsyou.com. The rules will be available on the website throughout the campaign in a way that allows them to be accessed, stored and reproduced.
1.3. These Rules are mandatory for all participants in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, the participants are bound by the Rules and agree to observe them. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally supplement or amend the Rules, and the additions or amendments shall come into force after their publication on the following website: www.bulgariawantsyou.com. Participants undertake to follow their current version at the time of registration for participation in the Campaign.
2. Period and Place of the Campaign
2.1. The Campaign shall start on 19 April 2021 and shall last until 31 August 2021 (inclusive).
3. Right to Participate
3.1. Each capable natural person who has reached the age of 18 as of the date of registration for participation in the Campaign, who resides on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, has the right to participate in this Campaign. Persons working for the Organizer, their spouses and their relatives, including children, parents, brothers or sisters, cannot participate in this Campaign.
4. Manner of conducting the Campaign
4.1. In order to participate in the Campaign, each participant must complete the following steps:

Step 1: If the participant has no account created in the platform, they have to register on the website of Bulgaria Wants You (www.bulgariawantsyou.com) by filling in all required fields and marking the necessary consents;
Step 2: To log in to their account on the platform website and to upload a video file (in any of the following formats: .mp4, .m4a, .m4v, .f4v, .f4a, .m4b, .m4r, .f4b, .mov, .avi, .mpg, .mpeg, .wmv, .wma, .webm, .flv, .ogg, .oga, .ogv, .ogx, .3gp, .3gp2, .3g2, .3gpp, .3gpp2, .LXF, .GXF, .ts, up to 300MB), to confirm (by check-box) that they agree with the Campaign Rules;
4.2. The video file must have the following content:
• only the participant in the Campaign must be seen in the frame;
• the participant to present themselves, their professional experience / educational background and in which professional field they want to develop;
• be up to 30 seconds long;
• to comply with generally accepted moral norms;
• not to advertise a product or a service in any way;
• not to contain offensive messages of any kind, not to send political messages.
4.3. The uploaded videos are subject to verification for compliance with the requirements of these Rules. In case of inconsistencies, the respective video shall be considered invalid and shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
4.4. The unique identifier of each Campaign participant shall be their email address. Each individual shall have the right to participate with only one email address.
5. Prizes and Drawing of the Winners
5.1. The prizes in the Campaign are:
5.1.1. Recording a professional video CV (a video business card up to 2 minutes long at the amount of BGN 500) - a total of 2 /two/ video business cards.
5.2. Drawing of the winners:
5.2.1. Each participant shall have the right to win one prize with one duly sent video corresponding to the conditions for the period of the Campaign.
5.2.2. DRAWING OF THE WINNERS: the drawing of the winners will take place every month during the Campaign and shall be made by a three-member jury from among all registered participants who meet the conditions of these Rules.
5.2.3. All registered users who meet the conditions of the Campaign shall participate in the drawing of the winners. Winning participants will be notified individually by sending an email to the email address provided by them. The email will contain a link to the contact form of the Organizer, in which the winning participants, within 5 working days, will have to indicate: full name and contact phone number. A winning participant who does not provide the necessary data within the specified period shall lose their right to receive a prize.
5.2.4. In addition to the winning participants, 5 /five/ reserve winners will be drawn. In case a winning participant has sent an invalid video; or the Organizer has not received the data of the winning participant within the five-day term specified in item 5.2.3.; or the participant is not found on the provided telephone number; or the winner refuses the prize, or for any other reason the participation of a winning participant in the Campaign is terminated, the Organizer will contact in the manner specified in the previous item, with the first reserve winner, whose video meets the requirements of these Rules. The withdrawn reserve winner, within 5 days, as of their notification under the manner specified in item 5.2.3., must send to the Organizer the necessary contact details: full name and contact telephone number. A participant drawn as a reserve winner who has not provided the necessary data to receive the prize within the specified period shall lose their right to receive a prize.
5.2.5. Winners should fill in a Declaration - consent for the processing of their personal data in connection with the creation of an audio-visual work and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5.2.6. The prize shall be received only by the person drawn as a winner. It is not allowed another person to receive the prize.
5.2.7. Winners of a professional video CV will be additionally informed by the Organizer about the location, the day and the time of the shooting process. The Organizer shall not cover transport and accommodation costs. If the winning participant does not show up at the agreed location, day and time to take advantage of the prize, they shall lose the right to receive the prize.
6. Copyright
6.1. The Organizer is the owner of the rights to the recorded video material, and he gives the right to the winning participant to use the video business card for their needs and purposes, independent of the Campaign. Winners should fill in a Copyright Transfer Statement.
7. Limitation of liability. Disqualification of a participant
7.1. The Organizer does not guarantee that the access to the Campaign's website www.bulgariawantsyou.com and the opportunity to participate in the Campaign will be continuous, timely, secure and free from errors. The Organizer is not responsible for the loss of stored information due to extraordinary and unpredictable system failures or the occurrence of technical problems related to registration and participation in the Campaign.
7.2. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to register and participate in the Campaign due to circumstances beyond its control such as: accidental events, problems in the local network or the global network (Internet), connectivity services provided by third parties and any other services outside control of the Organizer. Also, the Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by participants, including when providing data to third parties without a legal basis.
7.3. The Organizer of the Campaign is not responsible for claims related to the right of ownership of the winning video, as well as disputes related to possible costs incurred by the participants in connection to the Campaign.
7.4. The Organizer is not responsible in case of force majeure circumstances, which hinder the normal implementation of the Campaign or the recording of video business cards.
7.5. The Organizer is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages or any harm caused to a participant or their property during, in connection to or in relation with their participation in this Campaign, which are not a direct and immediate consequence of this participation, except in case of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.
7.6. The Organizer is not responsible and does not owe compensation to persons whose video has been used by another person, regardless of whether the person has given consent or not.
7.7. All deadlines under these Rules relating to the Organizer are provided for informational purposes and in this sense are instructive. Their non-observance by the Organizer is not a ground for holding the Organized liable.
7.8. Actions by participants in the Campaign aimed at increasing the probability of winning a prize by using means or methods other than or contrary to those provided for in these Rules, are prohibited, including but not limited to, actions that change the mechanism for participation in the Campaign or increase the chances of winning for a participant, outside the mechanism described in these Rules. Upon establishing the performance of actions that aim or could lead to manipulation of the results in the distribution of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant(s) and deprive him/her of the right to receive prize(s).
7.9. Participants who violate the Campaign Rules in any way shall be disqualified without further notice, losing the right to win a prize if they were entitled to one.
8. Discontinuing the Campaign
8.1. The Organizer has the irrevocable unilateral right to discontinue the Campaign at any time, in case of material abuse, violation of the Rules or the occurrence of an event of force majeure, according to applicable law, in which case no compensation shall be due to participants. In these cases, the discontinuation of the Campaign shall be announced on www.bulgariawantsyou.com, whereby the participation of individuals shall be automatically terminated.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. The Campaign Organizer is the controller of the personal data provided by participants when participating in the Campaign.
9.2. By ticking the checkbox that they are aware of the Rules by the respective participants in the Campaign, it is considered that they are informed how their personal data will be collected, processed, used, stored and destroyed for the purposes of the Campaign.
9.3. The Organizer undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on personal data protection (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act and its implementing regulations, as well as its relevant internal rules and policies in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as well as to use the personal data provided by the participants only for the purposes specified in these Rules.
9.4. The purposes for the collection, processing, use and storage of personal data are defined in the Privacy Policy for the specific Campaign and provided to the participants upon registration.
9.5. More information about the type of personal data that the Organizer collects, processes, uses and stores for participants, the purposes, grounds, methods of processing, cases in which it is possible to share personal data with third parties, as well as the rights of participants regarding of the processing of their personal data, participants can obtain by reading the Privacy Policy published on www.bulgariawantsyou.com.
9.6. In case of questions regarding the collection, processing, use, storage, destruction and withdrawal of consent to the processing of their personal data, participants may contact the personal data protection officer of the Organizer by using the following contact details: dpo@bulgariawantsyou.com
9.7. Participants have also the right to file a complaint to the Commission for Personal Data Protection at: 2, Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg or by e-mail at kzld@cpdp.bg.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. Any legal disputes that may arise between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if this proves impossible, the parties will have the right to refer the dispute to the appropriate competent authorities.
10.2. In the advertising materials for the Campaign, the Organizer shall inform people about the places where they can get acquainted with the full rules for participation in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, the participants are bound by the above-described Rules and agree to comply with the conditions and deadlines specified therein.

PRIVACY POLICY

Who is Data Controller?

What personal data do we process?
Upon initial registration, we process your personal data related to the creation of an account on the platform of www.bulgariawantsyou.com, namely: full name, email address, education, citizenship, residence.

By uploading a video file and participating in the Campaign, we will also process personal data related to images and voice data used in the videos, which represent an audio-visual work.

The data controller shall not collect or process sensitive personal data. In this regard, do not share such data with the uploaded video files.

On what basis do we process your personal data?
We may process your personal data alternatively based on any of the following grounds, namely:
● Your unequivocal consent to the processing of your personal data expressed through specific actions for acceptance and voluntary completion of the registration form for participation in the Campaign;
● Our legitimate interest in establishing, exercising and protecting our rights in connection to a potential or arising dispute;
● Fulfillment of a legal obligation - in connection with tax or other legislation.

For what purposes your data will be used?
We need your personal data in order to and for:
● registration and participation in the promotional campaign;
● effectively conduct and administer the Campaign;
● communicate, including to contact you to let you know that you are a winner;
● to provide you with the prize if you are among the winners;
● to fulfill our regulatory obligations;
The personal data we collect from you will only be used for the purposes for which it has been announced that it is being collected.

Who has access to your information?

In order to be able to offer you only quality services, we outsource some activities to companies that have extensive experience, but in compliance with legal requirements. Third parties to whom we disclose personal data may be private organizations or public authorities. When disclosing data to government agencies, we fulfill our legal obligations.

Third parties with whom we may share information are:
● Software companies responsible for the maintenance of the website and/or its individual functionalities;

Your personal data as winning participants will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. The term for retaining the data of the non-winning participants is up to 6 /six/ months from the end of the Campaign. The data of the winning participants shall be retained for longer period of time in connection with the nature of the prize and the additional consent given by them. However, the period may be extended, if required by law or in the event of a legal or other dispute - in which case, we may retain your personal data until it is finally resolved.

The security of your data is important to us. When you provide us with data, we will take all necessary steps and make every effort to ensure that it is processed securely in our systems.

Your rights with respect to your personal data

You can exercise all the rights provided by law related to personal data, namely:
● to access your personal data that the controller processes and to receive a copy of them;
● your personal data to be rectified in case of inaccuracy or when your data is incomplete;
● to request that your data be erased when the conditions to do so are met;
● in the cases specified by law to require the processing of your personal data to be limited;

The term for retaining the data of the non-winning participants is up to 6 /six/ months from the end of the Campaign. The data of the winning participants shall be retained for longer period of time in connection with the nature of the prize and the additional consent given by them. However, the period may be extended, if required by law or in the event of a legal or other dispute - in which case, we may retain your personal data until it is finally resolved.The security of your data is important to us.
