Владимир Спасов - прокурист на "М+С Хидравлик" АД е "Мениджър на годината" в 15-ото юбилейно издание на конкурса

Vladimir Spassov, managerial agent of M+S Hydraulic AD, is Manager of the Year in the 15th edition of the competition. The winner was announced by the President Rumen Radev during an official ceremony at the Sofia Opera and Ballet on November 10th, 2022. The event is held annually under the patronage of the Head of State.

Before announcing the winner, The President Radev highlighted the difficult conditions for business and the uncertainties it is facing in 2022, pointing out that the year is extremely dynamic, tense, saturated with crises and challenges, and highlighted the pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the energy crisis. He congratulated the business community for the results achieved in this difficult environment.

"Bulgarian business is growing and the export figures are really impressive, and this is due to the fact that in Bulgaria we have business leaders who, with their knowledge and courage, lead to even higher positions. You give us faith that Bulgaria can and is developing as a modern, prosperous European country," the President addressed the managers.

The winner, Vladimir Spasov, thanked his family and his team of 1,350 people who make M+S Hidravlik Plc one of the world leaders in the field. “This award for me is a recognition that Bulgarian mechanical engineering is not forgotten and it has a future,” he added. The "Manager of the Year" also addressed his colleagues, pointing out that each of the finalists is worthy of holding the award.

"Manager of the Year" is a unique format in Bulgaria that aims to highlight the best practices of the best leaders and professionals who have dedicated their work in order to have a more competitive and forward-looking economy. For the 15 years that it has been held, the competition has become highly authoritative as over 930 companies from all sectors of the economy have been nominated.

The Manager of the Year was selected according to a special methodology of Deloitte Bulgaria.
