Transformation Manager

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Serve as a facilitator, advocate, consultant, and accountability partner for the business, by driving the understanding and application of Lean principles and tools across the entire organization/tracks.
  • Use company benchmarks, both internal and external, to collaborate with our BU/P&L teams to improve processes and practices, along with costs and headcount within the operational areas.
  • Establish a lean transformation plan inclusive of solid recommendations for process improvements.
  • Champion organizational lean mindset and discipline within HCL, working collaboratively with Track/Project Lead and Operations members.
  • Provides timely and effective project communications, project charters, documentation, and other Plans.
  • Creates and manages reports and presentations to keep leadership and stakeholders up to date with status inclusive of schedule, budget and expected benefits.
  • Plans and executes change management activities related to each assigned project inclusive of communicating success stories.

Required skills:

  • Must be knowledgeable in business process analysis and continuous improvement methodology understanding how to use data to drive decision making.
  • Expertise in solving complex problems and transforming business performance and process through the application of Lean and Six Sigma techniques, or through critical thinking skills to approach problem solving logically
  • Strong on customer focus and end user experience
  • Proven ability to communicate key messages to senior leadership audiences and effectively manage key stakeholders
  • Management of P&L and Budgets
  • Experience managing and leading global teams
