YOUR ROLE: • Communicate with customers via different channels depending on the project. • Guide customers into finding the best solution for them. • Responsible for resolution of problems and reporting solutions. • Answer queries in a timely and professional manner. • Troubleshoot and collaborate with the tech teams to solve real-time issues that arise.

REQUIRED SKILLS: • Fluent in German (good level of English will be a plus). • Previous experience in a customer-centric role, ideally in technical support. • Knowledge or experience with SAP solutions (e.g. SAP Business Partner, SAP Treasury Management) will be a huge advantage. • Extremely organized and detail-oriented; able to manage tasks with a sense-of-urgency. • Logical thinker with a process-driven mindse with a desire to collaborate in a team. • A tech-savvy person with experience in a fast-paced and challenging role.
