For our Head Office in Ravno Pole we are looking to hire:

Talent Acquisition Expert (f/m)

Изисквания за длъжността

Your Responsibilities:

•    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from requisition approval to offer acceptance)
•    Prepare and publish job adverts;
•    Identify key sourcing strategies, propose different channels for attracting talents and perform active search;
•    Conduct phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, assessment centers and support manager in the whole recruitment process;
•    Identify and implement opportunities for strengthening the pipeline of candidates;
•    Work together with the HR Marketing team to create and maintain a strong brand awareness;
•    Take part in various events – job fairs and students initiatives;
•    Participate in interesting and innovative HR Projects;
•    Develop processes and procedures related to the recruitment process;
•    Support operative activities – communication with recruitment agencies, preparing contracts, following up invoices.

 

Your Profile:

•    University degree;
•    At least 4 years previous experience in recruitment role;
•    Proven track record in dynamic recruitment environment;
•    Previous experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in large multinational organization;
•    Very good English skills (written and spoken), German language is considered as advantage;
•    Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment;
•    Strong analytic skills and attention to detail;
•    Team player;
•    Very good Project Management skills.
