Our client is a start-up sports betting platform. As a CRM Specialist, you will plan and deliver cutting-edge CRM strategies encouraging customer retention and loyalty as well as influencing strategic developments of the packages offered to customers.
YOUR ROLE: • Implementation and measurement/tracking of CRM strategy to ensure effective ROI in terms of old players regenerated, and registrations converted to depositing. • Creation, segmentation and execution of promotions sent out to customers across all sports and regions. • Preparing and sending targeted marketing communications to specific groups of players within the database such as non-funded, lapsed, VIP levels etc. • Analysis of large amounts of data to spot trends and patterns. • Cross marketing activities when required and troubleshooting of issues working closely with the customer support team.

REQUIRED SKILLS: • Previous experience in a similar CRM role (1+ years) in the sports betting industry. • Ability to create a promotional plan, execute and monitor the success of the plan. • Experience in CRM management, affiliate management, trading and/or digital marketing. • Ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns working with numerous people in cross country locations. • High level of Excel, Word and some HTML skills and computer literacy in general. • In-depth knowledge and interest in sports. • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
