Job Description

  • Ability to perform all the functions of the Project Manager (Level 2)
  • Participates at pre-contract stage of the project to qualify a demand.
  • Provides project related materials and expertise in support of RFIs, RFPs, or other client/internal requests.
  • Participates to the coordination of procurement planning, source selection, contract administration, and contract closeout (when appropriate).
  • Review or shadow other PM plans and strategies and recommends enhancements.
  • Identify areas within the PPM Community where process improvements may benefit project performance.
  • Share activities and lessons learnt across PM community.
  • Be a subject Matter Expert within the PPM Community.
  • Routinely performs as a PM for strategic projects and/or clients or on large complex projects & multi product solutions.
  • Provide guidance to Level 2 and 1 Project Manager roles, coaching and feedback to promote professional growth. May participate in the applicant interviewing process and make hiring recommendations.
  • Review, analyze and enforce up to date and correct forecast for direct reports.
  • Develop and compose business cases to support the acquisition or development of critical project components or strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of business, Experian products and operations, sees the wider picture. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Conflict and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • English (C Level) + French (C Level)
