You will be accountable for sales of the Motion Product portfolio to ABB channel partners and development of new partners within the Motion Business in Bulgaria, helping to drive sales volumes and margins. Reporting to the Motion Local Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing the Motion sales strategy, with a focus on penetrating potential end customer, using the ABB channel partner network and you will use your experience and drive to build enduring channel partners’ relationships through excellent service.

Your responsibilities

  • Allocate end customer white spots and find the most appropriate approach through channel partners. Build new channel partners if needed.
  • Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
  • Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities and to create strong ABB product awareness at end customer side (pull effect)
  • Ensure day-to-day support to channel partners, aiming at targeted end customers’ opportunities
  • Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities

Your background

  • Experience in Industry, Utilities and Buildings market segments will be a plus but is not mandatory
  • Previous experience in dealing with Buildings investors, HVAC system integrators or panel builders will be a plus.
  • Ability to develop and manage customer relationships
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Electrical, mechanical or automation engineer.
  • Ability to work with time constrains and willing to travel
  • Experienced driver with clean driving license
