• Manage, control and take responsibility for the overall operational activities of the Reporting and Methodology Department; • Manage, organize and control the timely preparation of the various types of financial statements for the companies within CEZ Group in Bulgaria, which includes monthly, quarterly and annual reports: - Group financial statements for the consolidation of CEZ Group; - Annual IFRS reports; - Financial statements for the BSE for the public companies in the group; - Regulatory reports for EWRC; - Reports according to the requirements of the NSI; - Other reports assigned by the direct supervisor, required by law or by the client companies. • Manage the preparation of new or updates the existing accounting methodology, procedures, rules and accounting policies for the companies within CEZ Group in Bulgaria, based on the information received. • Maintain active communication with the Accounting departments; • Communicate with external auditors regarding the annual financial statements; • Provision of financial information regarding internal/external financial audits and audits by state authorities; • Develop and implement reporting tools in order to improve overall performance of the department; • Support team projects for innovation and improvement of processes related to Finance function in the company; • Proactively maintain, develop and improve personal knowledge, in order to execute tasks effectively.
The position is under the direct supervision of the Controlling manager in CEZ Bulgaria and CFO of the company.
Изисквания за длъжността
• Master`s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, or related disciplines; • At least 3 years of previous reporting experience under IFRS (Big Four would be considered as a strong advantage); • Experience in Energy industry will be considered as a strong advantage. • Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian accounting legislation and Internal Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); • Experience in the preparation of Financial reports under IFRS in Bulgarian and English languages; • Computer literacy, experience with MS Office and other programs, related to Financial-accounting activities and reporting processes in the companies – SAP and AJUR will be considered as a strong advantage. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize the Fluent English language; • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; • Good time management skills; • Loyalty to the company and compliance with company ethics/culture/; • Ability to work in a team and to respect various people personalities and rights; • Positive service oriented attitude, innovative thinking and strong attention to detail.
