Remote Desktop Support Engineer

We are currently looking for Remote Desktop Support Engineer to join a newly created team of professionals!


  • Responsible to provide Remote Desktop Support to end users on their daily client issues over incidents by taking end to end responsibility on customer technical issues.
  • Supporting Office 365 ProPlus products on client troubleshooting (Office Client Apps - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & OneNote) and issues related Microsoft Edge
  • Managing SCCM client related issues especially application installation failures by analyzing and troubleshooting logs for client related issues. Troubleshooting on patch related issues on Workstations through Event Viewer and SMSTS logs
  • Supporting Office 365 ProPlus Services (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc.,)
  • Remediating patching Non-Compliant clients and resolving issues related to SCCM Client installation, troubleshooting clients with broken SCCM / WMI links and resolve to ensure clients are up to date.
  • Possessing adequate knowledge on Software Inventory and Hardware Inventory Process flow towards Client system
  • Troubleshooting OSD related issues across region using SMSTS logs / CCM Logs
  • Collaborating with L3 teams to understand the infrastructure related changes and major amendments in the production environment and providing proactive heads up to Service Desk team to foresee the ticket flow.
  • Participating in Major Incidents Procedures and drive high-priority incidents.
  • Conducting periodic reviews and creating knowledge articles on how-to queries, escalation matrix and troubleshooting steps
  • Proposing Continuous Service Improvement plans on daily activities and automating tasks.

Изисквания за длъжността


  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Windows desktop support
  • Experience on performing Root Cause Analysis by deep diving on the issues.
  • Having Good knowledge on ServiceNow Tool, ITIL Framework & Process knowledge (SLA, KPI/PI)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes - Incident, Problem and Change management.
  • Good Technical for related technical areas (OSD, Bit Locker, SCCM 2012, SCCM2016, Windows 7, Windows 10, MS apps, Citrix, AD, DFS, GPO’s, Scripting, Hardware & SharePoint)
  • Ability to work on technical complex environment as well as on considering organizational and processes aspects.
  • Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, diverse team, open to different ideas and opinions and develop networking.
  • Should have hands on experience on supporting global customers.
  • Excellent English language skills and ready work in 24X7 rotational shifts.
