We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation, implementation and optimization. The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Through a detailed understanding of the factory objectives and extensive collaboration with internal and external teams, you will help sustain and improve our engineering processes such as Wave-soldering, Housing assembly, Insertion components, finished goods marking and etc.
Your future responsibilities will be:
Use continuous improvement methods to identify and implement product and process improvement projects in the manufacturing of our products; while achieving KPI’s in quality, cost, service, and safety
To assure the machine performance improvement (OEE, Efficiency and the quality level) in the respective area.
Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
Increasing the production equipment utilization rate. Manage cost and time constraints.
Support the production by solving problems with the equipment, component anomalies, assembling process related, etc.
Decreasing the downtimes of the machines in PCB assembly production.
Makes sure the quality of product meets the company/customer requirements.
Identify ongoing improvement possibilities of the production yields and product reliability, by fixing the process issues.
Ensure effective team working, continuous improvement of: processes and information flow.
