We are currently looking to expand our team in Sofia with a member to join as Payments Analyst.

The Payments Analyst aims to deliver smooth incoming cash flow and at the same time is responsible for paying customers’ winnings in a timely and efficient manner. The Payments Analyst resolves payment-related queries for our customers and improve their experience.

Изисквания за длъжността

You will:

  • Provide support across MrGreen, Evoke and William Hill brands
  • Perform successfully towards KPIs set by the business and contribute for team’s performance against SLAs
  • Check and process customers’ withdrawals which require manual review in fast and efficient manner
  • Monitor incoming payments flows and make sure those are accurately reflected on customer accounts, take corrective actions if necessary
  • Make sure the payments service, provided to the customers, is non-disrupted
  • Execute manual payments and refund requests

You offer:

  • Fluency in English
  • Online gaming experience in the payments area is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Payment Providers systems such as e-wallets, bank providers and credit/debit card schemes
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Tableau and Splunk will be considered an asset
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with the internal systems
