Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable Process reviews, monitoring
  • Leading and supporting internal and external audits, including the presentation and demonstration of Accounts Payable Processes and control concepts
  • Performing compliance and SOX testing
  • Understanding data produced by Accounts Payable systems and processes, interpret and analyse report results
  • Creating process documentation and desktop procedures
  • Actively sharing acquired knowledge
  • Transparently, pro-actively reporting backlog, issue status information with own team and management
  • Lead and support problem shooting, complex investigations as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and support teams
  • Recommending process changes and contribute to the whole lifecycle of improvement projects
  • Maintaining good working relationships with all parties, representing Accounts Payable
