Main responsibility is to advise the sales of machinery and spare parts for machinery of ZMM Bulgaria Holding, as well as further strengthening the brand on world markets.
Maintaining constant active contact with the ZMM’s customers (processing requests and orders, pro-forma invoices, organization of ordering and sending spare parts) in close cooperation with the factory ZMM Sliven
Participate in offering of ZMM Bulgaria Holding products;
Cooperation in developing the marketing policy of the holding;
Assistance in developing the trade policy of the holding;
Providing customers’ contribution in case of raising warranty and out-of-warranty claims until they are fully resolved.
Изисквания за длъжността
Education: higher engineering (mechanical, electrical or electronics) as well as industrial management
Experience is not a must
Languages: English-written and spoken
Computer literacy: Good command of Windows and MS Office; SAP experience would be an advantage
Communicativeness, accuracy, consistency, speed and insistence in performing the tasks;
Ability to complete successfully started projects;
Customer’s understanding and focus on seeking mutually beneficial solutions.
