Your Role and Responsibilities Your role:
The Junior Network Engineer role is part of TSS Center which compiles of teams, working on a Cisco Technology- Routing and Switching/ Wireless/ VoIP/ Architecture/ Security.
Initial point of contact for resolving customer raised network related voice, email, and web service requests specific to Networking equipment
Provide problem determination / problem source identification for known and published problems within a fast-paced environment while achieving high levels of accuracy
Follow Support Center processes for effective management of assigned support incidents
This position will require ongoing skills development activities in networking and technical support

Required Technical and Professional Expertise Expertise:
Excellent command of spoken and written English (B2-C2 level)
At least 6 months of experience in related customer support role
Basic understanding of networking – OSI Model/ TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls
Experience with Microsoft Operating systems at advanced user level
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) at advanced user level
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Focused & Results orientated
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Good to Have:
Experience in a technical support role, with any enterprise class Networking equipment and formal Cisco certification is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar technical field
