Pontica Solutions is an award-winning BPO and ITO company that offers great opportunities for professionals in the field of customer success, people management, project management, marketing, and IT. As we are growing fast and entering new markets, we are now searching for a Head of Talent to join our team, to enhance and develop the company’s ability to attract top talent from around the world. This role will be within the Employer Branding Department and will directly oversee our Talent Acquisition and Recruitment teams.

Изисквания за длъжността


  • Define, develop, and implement data-driven strategies to meet the business needs, elevate the talent pipeline and build positive candidate experience for high volume and niche roles.
  • Understand global and regional market trends, specifics of the talent ecosystem to identify the impact on the business.
  • Manage and develop the TA and Recruitment teams to deliver high quality recruitment on time.
  • Keep track of TA and Recruitment KPIs, conduct regular performance analytics and present reports on effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and partners; collaborate with all departments in the company to ensure smooth operations and determine current and future hiring needs.


  • Proven experience in managing diverse cross-functional TA and Recruitment teams (previous BPO/ITO experience will be an advantage).
  • Experience in building TA and Recruitment strategies; managing budget and achieving financial and operational targets.
  • Experience in utilizing hiring data to help impact business decisions. 
  • Hand-on experience with ATS, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A problem-solver with excellent analytical, people management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and goal-driven professional with the ability to handle complex workload and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-past business environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed.
