YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares different reports , KBIs and provides the exact information on time in a regular base;
• Maintains base data for all fleet;
• Analyses fleet costs and prepares the relevant narratives;
• Prepares files for budget and rolling estimation for all fleet;
• Handles GPS system and GPS data;
• Accepts costs’ amounts in the SAP;
• Support colleagues with issue of power of attorneys;
• Handles with all necessary systems;
• Initial projects, related to improving work of the position and department.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Bachelor's degree;
• Experience analyzing vast amount of data;
• Ability to deliver on-time, precise and complete reports;
• Ability to handle multiple source documents;
• Accounting and SAP knowledge will be considered advantage;
• Advance knowledge and experience in working with MS Excel functionalities;
• Good organizational skills;
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills;
• Good technical skills and ability to quickly learn new software
• Good command in English.

Professional experience:

• One year experience of similar position;
• Experience in database handling;
• Experience in accounting of invoices;
• Experience in cost analysis
