About Daye

Daye is a highly ambitious R&D startup on a mission to raise the standards in the female healthcare industry. Our aim is to bridge the gender gap in medical research and product innovation by designing products rooted in scientific rigor and inspired by the female intuition.

We are building a comprehensive gynae health platform that will address all areas of female health, from the first menstruation up to menopause, and beyond.

We started by upgrading the tampon and after 3 years of R&D, in 2020 we launched the world’s first pain-relieving tampon. We quickly expanded our product portfolio to cover vaginal health with our ProViotics - the first microbiome safe treatment for recurrent infections. We are currently working on several new digital and physical products and are in the process of expanding to the US market.

Our team of 50, based in London and Sofia, is changing the face of gynae health for the better, and we need exceptional talent to help achieve our mission.

About the opportunity

The Product team at Daye covers a variety of domains from Product Design, to User Research, Pricing Planning, Clinical & Regulatory and Quality. We’re looking to expand the team with a Product Manager based in Sofia or London.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in product and project management and experience working with digital products. You will be responsible for owning the digital product development of a major upcoming project, working closely with our Founder, Senior Product Engineer and UX/UI designer.

Over the next 12 months, our aim is to grow our current subscriber base exponentially, which means you’ll be part of a company on an extremely high growth trajectory. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the female health space, as you will contribute to bringing an innovative female health product to life.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving the product release cycle including clinical and regulatory approvals, testing, feedback, and overall quality assurance.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for your product area.
• Researching, understanding, and drawing insights on customer needs and pain points using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Defining product requirements and features in collaboration with our Founder
• Working jointly with our UX/UI designer to create design concepts and working with designers and engineers to implement and iterate.
• Forming a near-term strategic vision for your product area that incorporates market research, competitive analysis, and other inputs.
• Building an effective long-term strategic roadmap for your product area.
• Contributing to scaling and growth plans for your product area.
• Contributing to strategic decision-making for Daye’s product portfolio.
• Assisting the Product team and other company departments as needed.

What you need to bring

• 3+ years of product management experience in a high-growth company with digital products.
• Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle like product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, etc.)
• Proven record of driving results by moving a product in the right direction.
• A strong sense of good design and UX.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent self-organization skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
• An impeccable attention to detail and a deep commitment to accuracy.
• Proven ability to adapt to changes easily and learn on the go.
