Web Analytics Specialist. The Operations & Corporate department (ITSOC) is seeking a motivated, creative, and collaborative problem-solver with strong technical skills in web and data analytics and visualization. This person will work in close collaboration with the ITSOC Front Office and product teams to understand needs of end users, build reports, conduct data analysis, and make actionable recommendations 

Responsibilities:

•Support the ITSOC Front Office with designing, building, and maintaining key dashboards, reports, and analyses 

•Work closely with product teams to define KPIs to measure how well products are delivering on business needs and meeting end user expectations 

•Build and deploy automated web analytics solutions on cloud platforms such as Power BI or Adobe Analytics in the form of interactive dashboards 

•Work closely with product, data platform, Core Framework and Adobe Analytics teams to build and/or connect data pipelines for acquiring, processing, and delivering data 

•Prepare and present reports, analysis and presentations to various stakeholders as needed 

Required skills:

•Master's degree with 2 years relevant experience or relevant Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience 

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline 

•2+ years of data analytics experience, with a strong preference for experience with Power BI 

•2+ years of web analytics experience, with a strong preference for experience with Adobe Analytics and AppInsights 

•Strong analytical and communication skills with close attention to detail 

•A strong quantitative, creative, and problem-solving mindset 

•Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment 

•Expertise in SQL, R, Python data analysis packages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets 

•Able to use strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to cultivate effective, productive client relationships
