  • Provide response to initial customer complaints
  • Manage seat assignments and scheduling changes
  • Provide information regarding rules and regulations
  • Handle incoming requests and gathering details about luggage logistics
  • Update our partner’s customers for their flight status during weather/tech delays
  • Escalate the cases to the relevant Specialist Group when needed

Изисквания за длъжността

· Fluent command of German and English (both verbal and written), Level B2
· Previous experience on similar role is an advantage
· Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
