Your role and objectives: We’re looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and people person to our Customer Support team. Someone that will put the customer first, provide an outstanding service and makes sure they do everything they can from start to finish. We’ll make sure you hit the ground running by providing you with a comprehensive onboarding training course followed up with regular tailored 1-2-1 learning and development sessions. This will cover everything from product knowledge, promotional materials to the ever-changing procedural landscape of this sector. Your responsibilities: • Assisting customers as first point of contact through email and live chat • Keeping up to date with product and promotional information • Maintain an in-depth knowledge about standard operational processes • Working towards agreed goals and targets • Working in an office-based environment You are the ideal candidate if you have: • Previous working experience in the iGaming and Sports betting industry (advantage) • Excellent level of spoken and written Italian (advantage) • Excellent level of spoken and written English (must) • Availability to work on shifts (24/7 coverage) including weekends and public holidays • Proven experience within a customer service environment. • Good computing skills, especially in web-based applications.
